This is a notice that there have been an update to the terms of service. The updates are fairly minor but here is a summary of the changes:

  1. Replace References to “Dude the Builder” to “Calder-Ty”.
  2. Change Controlling Law for Disputes from Puerto Rico, to Utah
  3. Change Venue for disputes and arbitration from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Salt Lake City, Utah.

The reasons for these changes are 1) Dude the builder is no longer admin of the site, and 2) To move venues closer to the residence of the Current Admin.
