When I wasn’t paying attention, ztap no longer prints anything to stdout. It runs tests, they pass, they fail, but it is mute.
The whole point is that it not be mute.
How do I un-regress this behavior?

My first guess was that it is some artifact of running it from zig build, but installing the test artifact and running it is also distressingly silent.
What gives?
