Quickzilver – a tool for interacting with zig community mirrors

I finished my first zig project, quickzilver! This might be handy if you’d like to make more use of Zig’s community mirrors network, or if you need a tool to automate installs outside of GitHub actions. Of course, how quickzilver might make its way into those environments in the first place is a proof left to the reader!
