Some notes:

Minimum supported client Windows Build 22000

means Windows 11, version 21H2

And as far as I understand It still does not support sockets

That looks like a YAML document, and not like a YML file. The YML format is easily recognisable as an XML derivative, and its specification about as old as the first YAML specification.

The officially recommended extension for files containing one or more YAML documents has been .yaml since at least September 2006. Typical for github to still not have caught up with that.

Don’t forget the architectures. The latest aarch64 and x86_64 runners are:
