Is it possible to generate an executable of the what "zig test [source].zig" does?

I’m working on something that has CPU-specific code. Since I don’t have an ARM computer (actually I do but it’s a phone ;-), I have to use emulation. For obvious reasons, I would rather not run the Zig compiler through an emulator. I want to generate the ARM executable on my x86-64 computer, then quickly fire up an ARM Docker image to run it. Is this doable currently?

zig test --test-no-exec -femit-bin=zig-out/bin/[source] [source].zig
