as someone who was using Zig as my language of choice for the last 3 years (from Zig 0.11, which maybe is 2.5 years), I really want to make production ready software.

I tried [jetzig](https://jetzig.dev/) for the last year, I used it for my school’s final exam project, I even made a template project with 2fa.

then I found [zzz](https://github.com/tardy-org/zzz) and its io [tardy](https://github.com/tardy-org/tardy) and I preferred using it for it’s performance (and httpz being the slowest in zzz’s benchmarks). but wanting to port my project template from jetzig felt like a lot of redundant work since the development of both frameworks felt as if they slowed down.

I think these frameworks are still at zig 0.15.2.

so I opted to use std’s http after Andrew’s clarification to [my question](https://ziggit.dev/t/is-std-http-insecure/11314), and now I’m making a [web-app library](https://codeberg.org/ouhamouy10/web-app) and [yet another native psql client for zig](https://codeberg.org/ouhamouy10/psql) to make it plug-able to any framework/ORM. and to make sure they work I try to make a [web-app](https://codeberg.org/ouhamouy10/quran-online) to try them. and working on my libraries I don’t know if they are production-ready nor how to make sure they are.

this week i was looking for a Zig framework and found [spider](https://github.com/llllOllOOll/spiderstack) which I liked [here is a video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tmbi9ceQtXY), but I have the same question, how do I know if it’s production-ready? and should I discard my library and use spider?

sorry for the long post, I just don’t know what to say or what to do. sorry

1. you don’t until you try it and see. (i mean, there are indicators, like “xyz well-known product uses it in production”, but that’s actually still different from your knowledge, is my point.)
2. no idea. both are valid choices, as is making one and changing your mind, or being stuck and confused.
